Please fill out and send back via email the forms emailed by the Reception no later that 24h before the appointment. This will help minimize formalities upon arrival.

Please arrive for your appointment only up to five minutes before.

It is mandatory that you arrive wearing your own face mask or other face covering (visor, scarf).

Before approaching the Reception, please use the provided hand sanitizer gel.

The next step is having your temperature taken by the receptionist—this will be logged in the documentation; should your temperature exceed 37.8 degrees Celsius, we will have to reschedule your appointment for a later date. The temperature is taken from the forehead using a non-contact thermometer.

In the interest of hygiene, please come with your own pen.

Outer garments and any unnecessary items must be left in the car or in the lobby.

Adult patients not needing third-party help or care are asked to arrive for their appointment alone. If, however, any such assistance is required (interpreter, carer), please inform us in advance.

Children and teenagers should be accompanied by only one parent (one child—one parent/guardian).

Unfortunately, we are not currently in a position to provide papers, magazines, or toys in the lobby.

Please do not come to the clinic without prior contact by phone or email.

Booking appointments is only possible by phone at the moment.

While in the lobby, please keep a safe distance from others—at least 1 metre—and wear a face mask or other face covering.

We can only accept card payments (cashless payments are one of the Public Health of England requirements).

If possible, please use the toilet before leaving home.

If you need drinking water, please bring it with you—the water dispenser is out of use.
